**Job Overview**:
S4 Entertainment, powered by ACS, is seeking skilled and motivated AV Technicians to join our dynamic team. As part of our team, you will play an essential role in creating exceptional experiences for our clients by providing expert technical support and collaborating with our entertainers to produce original shows. You will be involved in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audio and visual equipment, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for live events, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Collaborate with entertainers and production teams to design and execute customized shows.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, tested, and prepared for events.
- Provide technical support during events and address any AV issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and vendors.
- Stay updated on the latest AV trends and technologies to support innovative event designs.
- Work with the team to ensure the successful completion of events, meeting client expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role, preferably in event production.
- In-depth knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, lighting, projectors, and screens.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
