The Agency Assistant responsibilities encompass various administrative tasks and being the initial point of contact for clients, which requires a blend of organizational skills, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach. By efficiently managing office administration and embodying superior customer service standards, the Agency Assistant contributes to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire an Agency Assistant. As the Agency Assistant, you will manage the office administration and provide superior customer service to our clients in our fast-paced Agency Sales Office.
**Accountabilities**:
- Provide general Reception duties such as: greet walk-in clients and respond to inquiries; sort, distribute and action incoming mail.
- Respond to in-coming regional phone inquiries using in-house phone systems Administer insurance policy updates and billings in in-house systems.
- Support the Agency Manager in the administration of re-occurring and various reports Provide administrative support in the execution of marketing events.
- Provide administrative support by entering expense claims in financial system Prepare and submit purchase orders for office supplies.
- Other tasks as required, such as Health and Safety Representative and Compliance for the Agency.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience working in an office or customer service position.
- Have the ability and desire to obtain a General Level One license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel Allstate Canada Group has policies and practices that provide workplace accommodations.
