We're looking for a versatile
Production Coordinator with a strong focus on photo and video capture
to join our media team. Reporting to the Media Production Director, this role is perfect for someone who loves being behind the camera, thrives on-set, and can help bring creative ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. While some editing experience is important, this position is
primarily centered around shooting
, on-set production support, and helping craft high-quality content that fuels our agency's creative output.

Location:
St. Catharines, Ontario | Hybrid (minimum 4 days/week in-office)
Key Responsibilities Photo & Video Production (Primary Focus)
- Shoot high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, social media, brand projects, and client productions.
- Assist in planning and executing shoots, including lighting setup, equipment prep, scene styling, and on-set coordination.
- Capture engaging short-form and long-form footage that aligns with creative direction and client goals.
- Work with the Media Production Director on visual direction, shot lists, and creative execution.
Editing & Post-Production (Secondary Focus)
- Perform light to moderate video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Complete basic photo retouching and colour adjustments in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Prepare and format content for various digital platforms, ensuring outputs meet spec and maintain visual consistency.
Team Collaboration & Creative Development
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm and execute fresh, on-trend content ideas.
- Contribute to creative problem-solving and bring unique perspectives to client and internal projects.
- Support project organization by backing up footage, maintaining media libraries, and keeping production files orderly.
Requirements
- Proven experience shooting both photo and video (portfolio required).
- Proficient with cameras, lighting, and production equipment; comfort with on-set environments.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop; DaVinci Resolve is an asset.
- Creative mindset with a strong visual eye and an understanding of framing, composition, and brand aesthetics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Ability to excel within a variable work schedule, showing flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for a role where each day brings something a little different.
Compensation
$20–$25/hour
, based on experience
Full-Time: 5 days per week
