**Sloan StoneDESIGN** is a local countertop fabricator manufacturing high quality quartz, granite, and porcelain countertops. We are a company that has successfully set a standard for high quality stone countertops from fabrication to installation. Currently, we are looking to grow our team with an organized, self motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative.

**Position overview**:

- **As a member of our sales team, you will be required to**:_

**Prospecting and Lead Generation**
- Identify and target potential customers to drive net new business to Sloan StoneDesign.

**Product and industry knowledge**
- Build and maintain understanding of countertop fabrication process, techniques, and new trends and products.

**Customer Engagement**
- Build and nurture relationships with home builders, contractors, and other commercial clients.
- Be a trusted advisor and valued business partner to potential customers.

**Sales Process Management**
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of customers from lead to onboarding as a client.
- Regular report on ongoing efforts and success.
- Build business through metrics based approach.

**Goal Attainment**
- Achieve sales goals as set by senior management.

Compensation will be through a mix of base compensation plus a bonus/commission structure based around acquiring net new business for Sloan StoneDESIGN. You will be provided a company vehicle, gas card, and all support necessary to ensure your success.
