**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for driven, resilient individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. This role involves pitching Grow and Share directly to consumers on the streets, at events, and in retailers daily. You’ll need to prove your ability to close consumer sales before being considered to work with retailers. If you’re not ready for 100% commission-based work, do not apply.

**Requirements**:

- _Commission-Based Earnings:_ Earn 65% of every consumer sale.
- _Hands-On Training:_ You’ll receive at-home training docs, an in-field training manual, and guidance from an experienced manager in the field.
- _Work Ethic & Persistence:_ We’re here to support dedicated team members who push themselves, but we don’t have patience for time wasters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
