The Aquatic Association of Dollard-des-Ormeaux (AADDO) is a non-profit organization mandated by the City of Dollard-des-Ormeaux. Our mission is to optimize the use of the physical resources at our disposal to provide services that promote well-being and encourage healthy lifestyles within the community.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This key role will contribute to the management of our customer service department, the coordination of activities, the implementation of our communication and marketing strategies, while supporting our commitment to providing high-quality services to the public.

**Desired Profile**

The Customer Service Coordinator is an engaged, dynamic, and results-oriented professional. They play a key role in managing AADDO’s communication and marketing strategies, ensuring that day-to-day activities align with the organization’s mission, values, and vision. They will also contribute to the development of innovative programming and the ongoing improvement of customer service to meet the needs of our users.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Customer Service Management:_
- Coordinate the customer service department, ensuring high-quality service and personalized follow-up on user requests.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of customer service team members.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the user experience.
- Administrative and Logistical Management:_
- Coordinate registrations and manage the flow of administrative information.
- Prepare and present performance reports and user satisfaction data.
- Assist in the development of the operational budget, particularly for promotional and communication-related activities.
- Verify and reconcile cash reports and manage cash deposits.
- _Draft correspondence, documents, and reports as requested by management._
- Communication and Marketing Strategy:_
- Develop and coordinate AADDO’s internal and external communication strategies, including managing social media, marketing materials (posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.), and website updates.
- Design promotional campaigns for programs and activities.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility and user engagement through targeted marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in a field related to communication, marketing, customer service management, or another relevant area.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication, marketing, or customer service
- management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and digital marketing tools (social media, online advertising campaigns, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**:

- Permanent full-time position (35 hours per week)
- Annual salary: between $50,000 and $70,000
- Benefits: Collective insurance, RRSP contribution, 10 paid personal days, and cell phone allowance
- Flexible hours with the possibility of two remote workdays per week
