**Inventor STEM School offers after school and weekend programs **in science, engineering, robotics, architecture, and coding **for children from 3-16 years old. **With 32 STEM learning centers in Europe, we have opened our first Canadian Center 2 years ago **in Dollard-des-Ormeaux and are successfully teaching 300 kids**

We’re recruiting for an organized, positive and enthusiastic **Administrator/Receptionist** who loves working with children and families Reporting to the Center Director, you will be working at reception by presenting and selling Inventor programs to prospective families, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating key day-to-day Center operations.

**Our after school center is open Wednesday to Sunday, therefore weekend availability is required.**

Job responsibilities include:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:_
- Present and sell programs to prospective families to achieve enrollment goals
- Provide excellent customer service to optimize customer experience and maximize enrollment and retention
- **Facility and Program Operations**:_
- Maintain a fun and safe learning environment for our students
- Open/close Center according to daily schedule
- Manage inventory of instructional and administrative supplies and equipment
- Troubleshoot classroom technology, and provide other support to all teachers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized facility including reception, common areas, and classrooms
- Keep record of all students, their progress in our software and internal documents
- Organize and take part in special events for the students (Halloween, Christmas, special Points Exchange days, etc)
- Provide direct support to the Administrative Manager/Enrollments and Operations Manager for all other operations as needed

**Required Experience/Qualifications**:

- Bilingual - English and French is a must
- Prior sales/customer service or hospitality experience or strong enthusiasm in administrative/reception/customer service position
- Excellent listener, patient, and attentive to all clients’ needs
- Comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office suite, social media, office equipment
- Positive, easy going and flexible personality
- Organized and effective multi-tasker
- Prior experience in educational institution will be a plus
- Sense of humour and love for kids, of course
