**Purpose**:
Delon Laboratories is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative **to join our family**. The Customer Service Representative will provide assistance in processing orders, as well as tending to customer inquiries daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the order entry, management, tracking, and invoicing of client's orders.
- Coordinating with various departments to assure client required timelines for delivery are met.
- Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
- Provide and analyze different reports

**Qualifications**:

- Fully bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills.
- Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Have a good sense of organization and priorities.
- Good knowledge of the Windows Office suite (Excel, Outlook), strong computer skills
