- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely delivery of parts and quotes
- Process parts orders and returns efficiently and accurately
- Utilize computer systems and software to track and manage parts inventory
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is preferred
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Bilingual language skills (ie: English/Spanish) are beneficial

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guelph, ON N1H 7K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
