**_ Duties:_**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare repair estimates and explain them to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Utilize technology for the best customer experiences

**_ Requirements:_**
- Previous experience as a Dealership Service Advisor
- Valid Ontario G License
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping, CDK is an asset
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Compensation is based on salary plus bonus ($40,000 - $75,000)
