CSN (Golden Triangle Collision / Koebel’s) is a respected automotive repair company that has been in business for over 50 years with 4 locations in the Waterloo Region and Guelph. We are currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Guelph Team

This role is responsible for effectively maintaining parts inventory by ordering, receiving, invoicing and assigning parts on a regular basis. The Parts Advisor will work the Technical Team to determine part requirements, lead times and delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing reliable support and assistance to Technical Team.
- Effectively maintaining parts inventory by ordering, receiving, invoicing and assigning parts on a regular basis.
- Creating, assigning and closing purchase orders (PO’s) for parts inventory.
- Ordering, receiving and stocking parts in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Completing and verifying documentation.
- Counting and controlling inventory.
- Maintaining an organized, tidy and efficient parts area.
- Picking up parts and supplies from vendors as needed.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Automotive parts experience an asset.
- Manufacturer parts program preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

Pay: $45,000.00-$56,634.38 per year
