The Role
We’re looking for an **experienced Sales Development Representative** to join our team in Canada. This is not an entry-level role; we’re looking for professionals who know the rhythm of outbound sales, are confident on the phones, and thrive in high-performance environments (ideally with agency experience).
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound activity to generate qualified meetings for our tech clients in the US and Canada. Enhance attendance from France and other European countries.
- Confidently pitch and qualify prospects, engaging with executives and C-level decision-makers. Collaborate with our Account Management team to execute targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Use our tech stack to track activities, maintain CRM accuracy, and report results precisely.
- Contribute ideas, feedback, and best practices to improve client outcomes continuously.
What We’re Looking For
- **2+ years of experience** in SDR/BDR or sales development roles (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
- Strong understanding of the **French and European markets**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to engage and persuade senior executives over the phone and via digital channels.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working toward clear targets.
- Fast learner who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
