Cultivator powered by Conexus is an award-winning technology incubator designed to help Saskatchewan’s most ambitious founders start, grow, and scale tech companies from right here in the province. Established in 2019, Cultivator runs four high-performance programs and delivers four key high-impact events throughout the year. Cultivator is Saskatchewan’s only national and now international incubator/accelerator working with founders, mentors, and investors from around the globe while staying hyper-focused on helping local founders win.
The Saskatchewan startup ecosystem is continually growing and we’ve been fortunate to play a catalyst role in helping to create more companies and more support for founders. We’ve worked with over 145 companies to date and are looking forward to assembling the team needed to support our next 100 companies.
We acknowledge that our Conexus offices and facilities are located on Treaty 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 lands. These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.
**The bigger picture**
We’re seeking a dynamic Program Coordinator to support the programming, mentorship, and overall founder experience that is needed to help Saskatchewan’s top startups succeed. This role is a key component of our mission to help local founders build globally successful companies. This position is a 12-month temporary opportunity and is physically located in Regina at our beautiful Cultivator headquarters but will be serving founders and teams from across the country.
**How you’ll be spending your time**
- Focusing internally on the founder experience and ensuring the delivery of high-performance programming to Saskatchewan’s top early-stage tech companies.
- Developing and executing programming for Cultivator’s core programs
- Supporting recruitment and attraction of tech companies into programs
- Supporting and maintaining key relationships in the startup ecosystem which includes investors, mentors, service providers, partners, etc
- Tracking, analyzing, and effectively communicating metrics
- Due to the entrepreneurial nature of this role, flexible work hours are required._

- Strong communications skills
- Ability to identify startup companies with growth potential
- Basic project management and organizational skills
- Experience in Agriculture is an asset
**Salary Range**
$60,900 - $76,120 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
