**Responsibilities**

Some of the tasks expected of our Marketing Manager include:

- Social media management, including scheduling, social listening, and copywriting
- Developing and executing long-term marketing strategy
- Product release marketing
- Leveraging the optimal marketing platforms and exploring new opportunities
- Fostering a lively and positive player community through engagement, events, and giveaways
- Overseeing the production of high-quality marketing materials

**Qualifications**

The right individual for the job should have:

- Previous marketing experience and/or education
- An iterative growth mindset
- Great communication skills
- Excellent copywriting skills
- An inquisitive outlook toward our players, games, and market
- A history of high-quality marketing campaigns
- Experience creating long-term marketing strategies
- Experience with managing timelines and external stakeholders

Bonus, but not required:

- Experience with overseeing marketing asset creation
- Knowledge of scrum or agile philosophies
- Experience with community management or customer support
- Experience creating brand guidelines
