**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Analyze marketing offerings and overall digital presence, then identify gaps, and determine marketing and advertising needs.
- **Graphic Design**: Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, client reports, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
- **Content Creation**: Create and curate communication materials, including website content, blogs, case studies, and marketing collateral, that effectively represent voice and values.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan and manage social media content calendars, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- **Website Development**: Assist in the planning and development of websites using WordPress, including wireframing, layout design, and basic implementation of content and features.
- **Lead Generation & CRM**: Manage sales and lead generation efforts and track incoming sales through CRM.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and advertising dashboards to inform ongoing strategy.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptionally organized and dependable, able to self-manage workloads and adaptable mindset
- Strong attention to detail, especially in graphic design and website design
- Clear and professional communicator, both in written and verbal formats
- A college diploma in a discipline related to marketing is required
- Experience in a marketing role will be considered an asset

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- (preferred) Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Proficient with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress)

Pay: $31.25 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
