Are you a motivated self-starter? As Sales Manager of our Budget Van Lines division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities, and leading by example by making sales. You will oversee a team of approximately 20 Sales Agents.

Requirements: *
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
Experience with market analysis and business development
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
