**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist for one of our government clients on the Oomple platform. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure within their specific area of expertise. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage daily operations of specific systems/technologies/platforms.
- Monitor system performance to ensure the highest level of functionality and scalability.
- Design and execute infrastructure improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Accountable for decision-making within the scope of designated technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the specific systems, technologies, and platforms related to the role.
- Ability to design and implement effective IT policies and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both of Canada's official languages highly preferred.
