**About the role**

We are hiring our first full-time Product Manager to support our continued company growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, our new Product Manager will work closely with the Leadership teams to execute our product strategy and ensure we are efficiently scaling our product to improve the lives of as many residents in senior living communities as possible. As the first of its kind here at Welbi, this role will shift and evolve along with our growth. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starting, exceptionally organized, mission-driven individual to make a massive impact on a product that is already helping millions of seniors live more fulfilled lives.

Please note that currently, Welbi is only able to hire individuals who are legally eligible to work in Canada.

**What you will be working on**
- ** Market Research**: Analyzing the competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities to improve our product and gain a competitive advantage
- **User Research**: Working with customers/external stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points (through interviews, focus groups, surveys, etc.) to clearly define their biggest problem
- **Solution Ideation & Selection**: Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that address our users’ biggest pain points
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with Welbi’s Marketing, Sales, CX, and Software Development teams to ensure that all product initiatives focus on attaining and retaining clients
- **Product Roadmapping**: Creating and managing a detailed plan that outlines the key features, success criteria, timelines, milestones, and documentation for all Welbi product initiatives
- **Product Backlog Management**: Review and update items in the product backlog to ensure they are well-defined and work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases
- **Product Documentation**:Drafting critical product resources such as solution documentation, product requirements, market research, success criteria, storyboard, product handbook, etc.
- **Product Design**: Work alongside our Product Designer to ensure that the Wireframes, Designs, and UX Prototypes are developed for Customer Validation & Software Developer reference
- **Product Usage & Analysis**: Define and track product metrics such as usage, time to value, retention, customer feedback, etc., to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- **Product Feedback**: Collecting and organizing feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancement and prioritizing new product features
- **Release Management**:Work alongside our Software Developer Manager to plan and coordinate product releases, including feature prioritization, release schedules, and communication with internal teams for customer communication
- **Product Communication**: Owning all product-related communications, including providing updates for Welbi’s Leadership Team, team members, and the Board of Directors
- **Product Budget**: Creating and monitoring a budget related to product activities and associated costs
