Collections Agent

Gatineau, Canada TAAG Corporation Full time

**TAAG** is looking for a full-time Collections Agent to join the team. The Collections Agent will be required to perform but not limited to the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

- Maintain the electronic and hard copy filing system;
- Prepare loan documents;
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Conduct collection calls on past-due payments;
- Update account status records and collection efforts;
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status;
- Keep track and follow up on borrower insurance policies;
- Provide other secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff; and
- Additional duties as necessary.
- Experience: 2-5 years working in a collections position.
- Bilingual English/French is mandatory.
- Autopal experience considered an asset.
