**You as a Workday Testing Lead will**:
Manage the testing team and ensure that all team members are working towards achieving the project goals
Track and report on testing progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and Project stakeholders
Communicate with project stakeholders to make sure test environments and tools are prepared for testing activities
Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
Work with Implementation Partner on defect management, investigation, and resolution activities
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project objectives
Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas of improvement and implementing best practices
Develop, document, and implement test plans and test reports
Ensure that test activities are carried out as per the project timelines and requirements
Assistance with test writing may be required as needed
Is this the right role for you?
Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or equivalent practical experience in an ERP test lead role. Strong preference for Workday experience
5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years of experience in test management
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and test plans
Experience in test automation frameworks such as SMART, or other open-source or commercial tools
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results on schedule
Experience in Hybrid project methodology is a plus
Experience implementing HRIS systems is an asset, preferably Workday
