**We are now seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the fun and vibrant LES BOUQUETS DE PARSONGE team.**
**What you can expect to do**:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers
- Provide Internal sales support including customer quotations
- Own our customer experience through an easy and reliable approach to customer interactions
- Processing order and quotes in our order management system
- Facilitate and process commercial customer orders in an efficient and timely manner
- Organise deliveries and ensure customers orders are dispatched in full and on time
**What we're looking for**:
- Strong administration skills
- Friendly, outgoing and customer-centric approach to the customer service operation
- The ability to support and embrace change
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines
- Experience in a data-entry role would be desired, but not essential
- Ability to work in and contribute to a team
- Open communication style
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$31.00 per hour
