**Overview**

Westhill Interiors is an European boutique furniture store on West 4th. Founded in 2019 by an Interior-Design-obsessed team, we sought to address an all to common regional design woe: _how to fit furniture and home accessories we love into our smaller-sized Vancouver condos and homes _

Key Qualities:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively.
- **Sales Acumen**: Experience with sales strategies and performance metrics with consistency of meeting sales target.
- **Leadership Experience**: Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Knowledge of Furniture and Design**: Familiarity with furniture styles, trends, and materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supporting Daily Operations**: Assisting with the day-to-day management of the store.
- **Staff Training and Development**: Helping to train new employees and foster a positive team environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Assisting with stock control and replenishment.
- **Sales Goals**: Collaborating with the manager to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Building relationships with customers and enhancing their shopping experience.

Pay: $47,000.00-$53,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Furniture Sales: 2 years (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
