DependableIT is looking for an Account Executive that has experience in selling outsourced contact center services in the telecommunications field. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing contracts with new partners, as well as expanding current partnerships to achieve aggressive targets for company growth.

As a BPO, DependableIT currently provides exceptional white label customer service, technical support, dispatch, data entry, call quality assurance, and sales through multiple channels in a contact center environment. Utilizing experienced support staff, DependableIT drives efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction to provide clients with greater profitability, lower operating costs and reduced churn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage a strategic and comprehensive understanding of our service capabilities to provide contact center solutions to current and prospective partners
- Collaborate with clients to translate business problems and requirements into a proposed solution that meets business needs and creates value
- Perform market research, identify trends and emerging markets, and build upon our service offerings
- Contact and meet with new sales prospects and perform presentations in person or remote
- Build strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities and close contracts to meet targets for annual growth
- Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing while achieving maximum profit margin, while considering resources, expenses and risks
- Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes and timelines

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of proven sales exp. within a contact center, BPO, or telecommunications setting
- Exceptional passion and drive to achieve measurable sales results
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Talented in relationship building, networking, and leveraging industry contacts
- Able to travel, prepare and perform high-quality client-facing presentations and work on the phone as required
- Able to work independently or collaboratively to achieve sales objectives
- Experience with developing SoWs, MSAs, RFP responses and closing B2B contracts
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation software
