**What you will do**:

- Provide branch leadership and daily direction to the team setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.
- Responsible for the financial health of the branch including the development and management of sales and operating budgets, ensuring profitability and growth
- Lead a culture of learning and growth, setting employees up for success and career development
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to create and implement programs to achieve revenue targets and plans
- Demonstrate excellence in internal and external customer service, collaboration, and teamwork
- Collaborate with peers across the region to develop solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Execute inventory management practices that align with ROBINSON's procurement and purchasing strategies and processes
- Ensure smooth branch operations, maintaining facilities and equipment to high standards.
- Partner with support teams to execute operational goals related to pricing, inventory, marketing, human resources, finance, and operations.
- Champion ROBINSON SUPPLY Safety Program by coaching and educating employees on best practices.

**About you**:

- 5+ years of leadership experience in a wholesale or distribution setting in a related industry.
- Post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- A proven track record of leading successful teams and managing wholesale operations.
- Experience with P&L management, financial statements, and budgeting.
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
