**Branch Manager**
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager the **Branch Manager** will lead the branch in daily operations, troubleshoot with your team, look for operation efficiencies and work with key stakeholders in our head office. You will ensure that your branch supports the sales team by assisting them in achieving their sales plan. As a learning and growing organization, you will focus on developing our staff and assist with setting the direction for Company culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Setting, defining, and achieving budget targets: revenue, margin, operational costs, occupancy costs, administration costs and employee costs
- Supporting account managers and inside sales staff to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Working with associated inventory specialists, operations to drive healthy inventory turns and gross margin
- Manage the requisition of supplies of needed to run the branch: equipment, supplies, and outsourced services with acceptable primary and secondary suppliers.
- Regularly analyze and evaluate activities, costs, operations, budgets and forecast data to determine branch progress towards stated goals and objectives.
- Working with accounts receivable, credit manager and operations to direct accounts receivable activities for branch.
- Annual budget planning, beginning in October of each year.
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in business/commerce or equivalent experience
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in process improvement or operations
- Financial and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in industry or supply chain distribution is considered an asset

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
