**Job Title: Branch Manager** **Client Name: Flocor Inc** **Location: Edmonton and Ottawa** **Salary: 75-90,000 annually, plus package (TBA with the client)** **Must have sales and plumping/hvac/mechanical experience** **Overview**: **We are looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day** **a strong background in industrial, plumbing, or mechanical product distribution, and is** **confident in managing both people and processes to meet business goals.** **Key Responsibilities**: **Lead branch operations, including inside sales, customer service, warehouse, and** **inventory control.** **Oversee order processing and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and delivery** **coordination.** **Resolve customer issues, provide product support, and drive customer satisfaction.** **Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of non-stock items.** **Prepare sales quotes and assist with forecasting and budgeting.** **Collaborate with outside sales, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and** **streamline operations.** **Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; conduct performance evaluations.** **Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company Health & Safety policies.** **Strengthen relationships with key customers and suppliers to support growth.** **Monitor competitive activity and market trends to support business development.** **Generate and review reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.** **Qualifications**: **Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.** **5+years of experience in a branch or sales management role.** **Strong industry knowledge in mechanical, plumbing, or industrial supplies.** **Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.** **Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.** **Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.** **Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation is an asset.** Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Edmonton, AB T5G 0W5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): - what are your salary expectations? - Do you have a diploma in Business, Sales, or related field. **Education**: - DCS / DEC (preferred) **Experience**: - Sales: 5 years (required) - Management: 5 years (required) **Language**: - French (preferred)
