**What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?**
You have:
- Passion for recruitment and creativity in attraction strategies.
- Great curiosity and alertness, as well as the ability to be serious without taking yourself too seriously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment requirements and specifications in Canada and the United States.
- University degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field.
- At least 8 years’ experience in recruitment, including at least 5 years in IT recruitment.
