The ideal addition would be organized, hardworking, and able to both take and give direction.

**Position Summary**: The purpose of this position is to have an individual who has an in depth understanding of all décor items required for the upcoming weddings and events. We need an individual who can maintain Aquatopia’s warehouse and ensure that all items are pulled and put back in an organized fashion. Many individuals are involved in the warehouse, but we are looking for one leader who can have a firm grasp on all items and maintain an organized work environment.

Wage: $20- $22 per hour (wage dependent on experience)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Flexible Language Requirement: Fluent English, speaking & writing. French not required

Schedule: Day shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability

Ability to commute to: 2710 March Rd. Carp, ON K0A 1L0

Be organized and have a good attention to detail.

Comfortable managing a team.

Able to work in in warm conditions, Aquatopia does not have air conditioning.

Must be comfortable working on ladders and operating a vertical mast lift (training will be provided).

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Be a motivated, self-starter, able to work independently.

Have experience with event production.

Have a valid driver’s licence.

Have their own laptop.

Comfortable with administrative skills.

Be able to work on-site at Aquatopia.

Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.

Must be available to work most weekends.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

**Some of the tasks of this position include**:
Pulling and prepping decor for weddings and events.

Cleaning and putting away decor after events.

Keeping a clean and organized production space.

Lifting, moving and setting up tables, chairs, décor pieces and floral installations.

Working under pressure as we flip a ceremony room to a reception setup in 90 minutes.

Assembling arches, pergolas and other installation pieces.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
