Job Summary:
We are a reputable General Insurance Broker office currently looking to hire a Personal Lines Accounts Executive.
We are in the Insurance Business since 1991 and successfully transitioned into our current Brokerage business in 2018.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen learner to join our team of 14.
We currently have a work-from-home option and would consider a continuation of the Hybrid work model or remote mode.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays.
Qualifications:
- R.I.B.O license in good standing;
- Minimum 1 year experience in Personal lines;
- Experience in the Sig XP Broker Management System is an asset;
- Experience in Quoting and using Compu-Quote - Rating system
- Familiarity with the Online Broker Portals of Various Insurers
- Computer competency with brokerage tasks;
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to handle incoming /outgoing phone calls regarding policy changes, and claims, assist with additional product offerings to existing clients, etc.
This role is also intended to support our Personal Lines Team by performing the following on insurance company portals and our SIG/Keal BMS:
- Taking and processing of policy changes including and not limited to processing of renewals, endorsements, claims, payments, etc.
- Processing of new business policies
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, employee benefits, and performance-linked bonuses.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
