We are seeking licensed Personal Lines Insurance Brokers to join our growing team at Armour Insurance. Working as a Business Development Representative you will be receiving new clients, responding to quote requests, and writing new policies. You’ll be simplifying insurance and taking care of people.

**What Will You Do?**
- Provide expert and timely insurance quotes to new clients, ensuring clients receive the coverage they need for well rounded protection.
- Communicate insurance coverages and policies to new clients in a way that is easily understandable.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and cooperative workplace culture.
- Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes.

**Do You Fit These Qualifications?**
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License.
- 1 year of experience as a personal lines insurance broker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
- Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A high level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using insurance, insurance company portals, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) software is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
