**SERVICE BROKER**

We are looking for Personal Lines Insurance Brokers to join our growing team at Armour Insurance. Working as an existing client Account Manager, you will develop and maintain client relationships, assess clients' insurance needs, and provide customized insurance solutions for well-rounded protection. All in all, you’ll be taking care of people and providing simple insurance solutions.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Provide professional and timely insurance advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best coverage for their assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to solve their insurance needs.
- Communicate coverages and policies to clients in a clear manner, making them easily understandable.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and cooperative workplace culture.
- Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes.

**DO YOU FIT THESE QUALIFICATIONS?**
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License.
- 1 year of experience as a personal lines insurance broker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.
- Superior customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A high level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using insurance, insurance company portals, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) software is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
