**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Support retail sales initiatives by engaging with customers and promoting products effectively.
- Help manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting stock checks.
- Participate in recruiting, training, and mentoring new employees to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Utilize math skills for cash handling, transactions, and financial reporting.
- Negotiate with vendors for better pricing or terms when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and budgeting tasks.
- Experience in retail sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or suppliers.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Familiarity with market trends to assist in product selection and promotions.

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
