We are seeking a **LEGAL ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST** to handle our manage our client intake processes from the initial call to our office through retaining our services and opening the file. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask will be essential to your success in this role. Your time spent in this role will be spent canvassing information from potential clients, requesting materials, coordinating consultations for our team members, and communicating with potential clients about retainer agreements and services offered. Your primary responsibilities will be: - Canvassing & triaging information from potential clients - Requesting materials & gathering necessary documents for consultations - Coordinating consultations with our team members - Preparing & delivering retainer agreements - Tracking the status of potential clients & following up on retainer agreements - Opening files Other job duties include: - Transcription - Calendar management & scheduling - Administrative duties - Docketing & billing - Organizing client files **COMPENSATION** The starting salary for this role is $40,000.00 with room for growth.
