Our campus is situated in the city of Richmond, 15mins drive from YVR Vancouver Airport of British Columbia. Founded in 2013, ARV Canada College is a designated institution of Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB), the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training. We currently offer Diploma and Certificate programs to meet the educational needs of students, including ESL, Office Administration-Health, Business Marketing, and Business Administration.

**Job Summary**

ARV Canada College is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Student Recruiter. As a Student Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting talented students to our college and helping them navigate the admissions process.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement innovative strategies to identify and engage prospective students, including attending career fairs, high school visits, and community events, holding presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions.
- Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance ARV Canada College's visibility and reputation.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counselors and education consultants.
- Work closely with prospective students to address concerns, answer questions, and provide guidance to facilitate their decision-making process.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Marketing, Business Administration) is preferred.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective students, families, and educational partners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Canadian education system and understanding of college admissions processes and requirements.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Able to travel and meet and liaise with potential partners and clients.
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with high-level executives.
- Strong analytical skills.

**Salary**
- CAD 55,000-60,000
