Sherwood Motorcars is hiring a Automotive Service Advisor who will specialize in working with our Customs and Accessories department. This role is ideal for an organized, personable individual who has experience in the automotive industry. You must be passionate and knowledgable about vehicle customization. You will be the customer's point of contact to assist them with the servicing of their vehicle needs, answering any questions or concerns. Fielding communication between the technician and customer. You will also work directly with the sales department, assisting with internal retail builds and accessorizing of vehicles.

You will be responsible for:

- Exceptional above and beyond customer experience - ensuring all needs are met and requests addressed and handled.
- Book service appointments through appointment scheduling program
- Communicate with customer on all updates and repairs required to their vehicle, including status updates, pricing, and completion.
- Educate and sell the required and recommended repairs or services needed to the customer's vehicle
- Write and manage repair orders, including organizing and filling paper work
- Follow up on customer experience post service

Experience Required:

- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
- CDK experience
- Google Suite experience
- Personable
- Customer-centric
- Experience / Knowledge of luxury, exotic, and classic vehicle brands and models is an asset.
- High attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communicate

**Experience**:
