At Sherwood Kia, the service department aspires to offer our customers a fast and efficient service that will leave them feeling satisfied and comfortable knowing their vehicles are in capable hands. As an service advisor, you will play a key role as the main contact point setting the tone for the customers experience. We offer online and in class training in addition to the on the job training you will receive to help guide you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound phone calls as well as answering incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the breezeway
- Checking in the customer and conducting a vehicle walk around
- Listen to customer requests and clearly communicate recommendations for vehicle
- Receive customer payments both online and in person
- Ability to answer customer questions and concerns in regards to warranty
- Follow up after customer service

Requirements and Abilities:

- Valid drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
- 1 Year of customer service experience
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in automotive industry as an advisor
- Efficient with technology and software programs
- Organized individual that is self-driven, willing to work in a team setting, exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to various situations

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- SERVICE ADVISOR: 1 year (preferred)
