Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule service appointments
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customer - Complete detailed, clear and concise work orders - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their repairs
- Communicate all findings and the cost of service work being performed to the customers - Accurately enter information into the database - Source and Order required parts for customers service repair
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area - Other administrative tasks as required

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Previous experience in a automotive service environment
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document customer concerns and repair recommendations

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
