MyHealth Centre is looking for a qualified and registered CT Technologist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals You will be responsible for the delivery of patient centered services and will work shifts in CT. You will ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the management team of the department, while ensuring the day-to-day operations are managed, coordinated, and performed.
- Create monthly schedule for administrative staff. Prepare and submit invoices and deposits.
- Ensure collection of billing errors and payment of private invoices; as well as facility maintenance by communicating with building superintendent or handyman, and escalate to Manager when required
- Facilitate completion and submission of incident reports..
- Maintain office procedures, order supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Ensure equipment and facilities logs are updated.
- Ensure ongoing staff certification (BCLS, IPAC, WHMIS, H&S, etc.).
- Plan and organize social events.
- Compile data, records, employee & radiologist information for CPSO Inspections.
- Provide coverage during vacations and absences of administrative staff.
- Assist with training new administrative staff hires (Incl. Patient Care Representatives).
- Manage patient and physician concerns in a timely fashion and escalate to Manager as required.
- Record and document all clinic staff meeting minutes on MyHealth meeting template. Responsible for reviewing and updating quality logs and trackers to ensure company standards and compliance are met in a timely manner.
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Collect interoffice mail/supplies between respective locations.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
**Qualifications, Experience & Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of secretarial experience.
- Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field an asset.
- Understanding of medical terminology an asset.
- Typing speed minimum of 60 WPM.
- Willing to travel to other sites when required.
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing environments and clients.
- Self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills, combined with excellent patient care and the ability to engage, inspire, and build credibility.
- Demonstrated reliability and flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Positively influence and lead staff members, as well as physicians.
