We are currently seeking a motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative & Project Support team member to join our team. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, combining administrative responsibilities with support for our sales, service, and restoration operations.
**Details**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
**Responsibilities**
- Support project managers with scheduling and job tracking
- Process work orders and maintain accurate records
- Contact customers with updates on project status
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks
**Qualifications & Physical Requirements**
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with service/parts software is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
