**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You can travel for work to support other clinics in Ontario and other provinces (fees covered by Vision Group).
- ** Schedule**: You are available to work Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday (8:00 am-4:30 pm), Wednesday (12:00 pm-8:00 pm), and Saturdays (8:00 am-4:30 pm) on rotation.
- ** Required**: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English **_et français également_** (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients).
