**Full Time Position - Content Management Specialist**

**Kingston, ON (Hybrid)**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Content Management Specialist to join our growing team within the exciting and fast-paced iGaming sector. As a Content Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful launch and ongoing management of new casino content. Your meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and creative mindset will contribute to enhancing player experiences and ensuring timely and engaging product releases.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Game Launch Management**:

- Collaborate closely with external content providers, internal digital design, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely launches of new casino content.
- Coordinate all aspects of game content, including text, images, videos, and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of game information before releasing to players.

**2. Product Release Scheduling**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive release schedule for new casino content, balancing multiple releases to maximize player engagement and retention.
- Ensure that all content, including descriptions, images, videos, and other promotional materials, are prepared and ready for scheduled release dates.

**3. Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements based on user behavior, market trends, and performance data.

**4. Communication and Collaboration**:

- As part of the operations team, liaison with internal marketing and compliance teams to facilitate seamless content integration and alignment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for new game releases.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in content presentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive content optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools for coordinating content distribution and scheduling.
- Proven experience in a similar content management or product release role.
- Understanding of casino games, iGaming platforms, and player preferences is a benefit.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston, ON K7M 4X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Content management systems: 2 years (required)
