Office Administration for Construction Company

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration & Operations:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
Oversee document control, filing systems, and record-keeping.
Coordinate communication between office and field staff.
Maintain company social media and advertising platforms
Help with Events and Shows
2. Project Coordination & Support:
Assist project managers with administrative tasks, reports, orders and scheduling.
Maintain job site records, permits, and contracts.
Sourcing materials
3. Vendor & Client Relations:
Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role (construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of office management procedures and financial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Knowledge of construction terminology and Sketch up is a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office management, preferably in construction.
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional site visits.
Fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
