**Position Overview**:
As the Medical Office Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic and the backbone of our front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and takes pride in creating an organized, efficient, and friendly space for patients and team members alike.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and manage appointments using our EMR system (Accuro experience is a plus)
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and assist with general inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle basic data entry
- Support daily clinic flow by coordinating with medical staff
- Process payments and manage daily reconciliations
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented workplace
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold healthcare privacy standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3+ years of experience in a medical or similar front-desk role
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient service
- Familiarity with EMR software (Accuro preferred) and office tools
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with the team
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Additional pay:
