Do you love working with children? Want to help provide a high quality camp experience for every child? Excited about spending your Spring and Summer on an island in beautiful Lake of the Woods? Camp Stephens provides a unique opportunity for everyone. As a key member of the Leadership Team, this role oversees camp operations, focusing on the Water and Septic System, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. It supports the Director of Operations in maintaining facilities, grounds, and equipment for the efficient and safe functioning of Camp Stephens.

**Are you the right fit?**
- Lead and model safety, accountability, and teamwork for staff.
- Educate staff on camp operations, including Water and Septic Systems, ensuring compliance.
- Support the Leadership Team in emergencies, stepping into the Director of Operations role when needed.
- Oversee water system operations, ensuring compliance with Ontario Regulation 170/03, including sampling, testing, and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, grounds, and emergency systems for safety and efficiency.
- Assist in managing and maintaining camp assets, including fire protection and firefighting equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation for Water and Septic Systems and ensure timely communication.
- Support budget management and complete necessary forms, including Workers Compensation (WSIB) and incident reports.

- Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOP)
- OCA Camp Marine Module Training
- Personal Health Information (PHIA) (will train)
- Globally Harmonized System (will train)
- Manitoba Class 5F License

**Experience**: Required
- Hands-on experience with water systems, septic systems, or similar infrastructure, including regulatory compliance.
- Experience in facility management or operations, preferably in a camp, outdoor, or remote setting.
