**Location: Camp Stephens, Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario (Live on Site)**

Camp Stephens provides a unique opportunity for everyone. The Operations Team Member is an important part of the team, responsible for ensuring camp facilities are safe, clean, and functional. This role includes driving boats for transportation to and from the island and providing general support to the camp program when needed. The team plays a key role in keeping camp operations running smoothly, helping create a safe and enjoyable experience for both campers and staff.

**Are you the right fit?**

**Leadership**
- Lead by example, creating a positive and inclusive environment for campers and staff.
- Support the operations team by offering help and expertise when needed.

**Operations & Facility Maintenance**
- Care for camp equipment and facilities, ensuring they are used properly and remain in good condition.
- Perform regular maintenance to keep the camp safe, clean, and functional.
- Run errands to Kenora and handle transportation tasks, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
- Assist in emergency situations, including hospital runs and camper transportation.
- Help with camp programs during transitions, mealtimes, and special events.

**Administrative Duties**
- Assist with site management paperwork, including daily, weekly, and seasonal logs.
- Complete incident reports to ensure safety protocols are followed.

**What else do you need?**
- Certificate: Emergency First Aid, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Bronze
Cross, Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOP), OCA Camp Marine Module Training Course
- Y Winnipeg Staff required trainings: Workplace Safety & Health, Accessibility for Ontarians with
Disabilities Act Training (AODA), Respectful Workplace, Child Protection
- Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
- Manitoba Class 5F License
