**Location: Camp Stephens, Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario (Live on Site)**

Camp Stephens provides a unique opportunity for everyone. Cabin Leaders are key to ensuring the safety and well-being of campers on the island. They lead and supervise their cabin group, create a positive environment, and guide campers through activities. As role models, they offer care and support while working with the team to create a memorable camp experience.

**Are you the right fit?**

**Leadership**
- Be a positive role model and lead cabin participants consistently.
- Guide campers through daily activities, helping them build skills and confidence.
- Create an inclusive, positive, and respectful environment.
- Support the camp team to ensure smooth operations and communication.

**Programming & Operations**
- Plan and deliver engaging programs suited to the cabin group’s age and abilities.
- Manage group dynamics to ensure a safe and harmonious experience.
- Provide individualized care based on each camper’s needs.
- Ensure campers’ emotional and physical safety at all times.
- Work with Co-Cabin Leaders to enhance teamwork and personal development.
- Support camp-wide programs, including evening activities and mealtimes.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Complete evaluations at the start, middle, and end of the season.
- Keep records up to date and assist with planning and cabin-related documentation.

**What else do you need?**- Certificate: Emergency First Aid, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Bronze

Cross
- Y Winnipeg Staff required trainings: Workplace Safety & Health, Accessibility for Ontarians with
Disabilities Act Training (AODA), Respectful Workplace, Child Protection
- Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
- Manitoba Class 5F License

**Assets**:
Operator Card (PCOP), OCA Camp Marine Module Training Course
