**Job Summary**

The Medical Supply Technician is an integral part of the Home Health Care team, ensuring that the department’s high standards of operations are maintained on a daily basis.

Responsible for the packaging and organization of all medical supply orders to meet our contractual obligations, and monitoring the inventory levels

**Job Type**
- Part-time afternoons/evenings, days and alternating weekends

**POSSIBLE SHIFTS**: (Monday-Friday) 8:30-5pm, 11:30-8pm

(Saturday & Sunday) 9-6pm

**Responsibilities**
- Prioritize packing all orders according to date, time, and route.
- Ensure all orders are packaged accurately and verified.
- Ensure all packaged orders for clients are correctly recorded protecting client’s privacy
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Data entry of orders and other information
- Maintain the movement of merchandise from the storage area to the packing area
- Maintain an organized packing and storage area

**Knowledge and Skill**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with other department staff members to assure the client receives the possible service available
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of computer programs including MS word and Excel, Outlook

**Attributes**
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- A meticulous work ethic and able to attend to detail

**Education and experience**
- Retail experience is an asset
