**Job Description**:
**Duties Will Include**:

- Set up, maintain, and close current/past client accounts
- Resolve invoice and payment queries or discrepancies in a professional manner
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments
- Post invoices to G/L and process payments against customer accounts
- Accurately and timely sort invoices and statements
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and process transactions
- Matching invoices and checking for any discrepancies
- Entering invoices and data into the system
- Work with other departments to ensure that information is accurate
- Manage transactions such as vendor invoices and payments
- Monitor vendor’ payment schedules to ensure that timely payment is received
- Closing accounts receivable in timely manner on period end
- Work with deadlines
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable experience and matching invoices
- Minimum 3 years working with and matching invoices
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and a high level of organization required
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- Relevant Industry Experience Required

Additional Information
- Permanent, full-time position
- Pay range: $21-$25/hour depending on experience
- Group insurance after three months
- Group RRSP with company matching
