**R**esponsibilities
- Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes, ensure quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Prepare ingredients, rice, fruits, vegetables, and fishes.
- Communicate with other staff regarding orders and any special requests.
- Keep track of food inventory and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years Japanese sushi maker experience
- 1 year of sushi chef experience
- Excellent team worker
- Exceptional customer service skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

**Benefits**:
