The Mount Dennis Weston Health Centre is a busy family practice providing primary health care to our culturally and socioeconomically diverse community in the north west of Toronto. Our 11 physicians are affiliated with the Humber River Family Health Team which, under separate management, provides team-based care to our patients through nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dieticians, chiropodists, and a pharmacist.

The Mount Dennis Weston Health Center is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager with excellent business acumen, interpersonal, and communication skills to oversee daily operations including managing our 10 administrative staff. This includes all matters related to operations, human resources, finance, risk, and quality monitoring and evaluation for the Health Centre. We want a leader who takes initiative and is collaborative in working with physicians and managing the staff. We want a leader who is committed to making Mount Dennis Weston Health Centre the best environment for patient care, physician practice, and staff engagement.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**_

A university degree in a business or health-related discipline is desirable, or a suitable combination of education and experience
- **Knowledge and Skills**_
- Knowledge of the structure and operations of a Family Health Organization/Family Health Team
- Experience with billing submissions to OHIP
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Knowledge and successful experience in human resources management (policies, hiring, termination, payroll submission etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills

A successful track record of 2+ years of clinic management experience is required. Experience working with physicians is desirable.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
